All orders are dispatched between Monday to Friday by 4pm. We do our best to dispatch orders on the same day, but this is not always possible. However, we do guarantee to ship your order by the end of the following working day.

Once you place an order and payment has completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Thereafter we will carefully package your order into a parcel and dispatch it You will receive an email to confirm your order has been shipped along with any tracking details. Soon after you receive your order, we will get in touch regarding your shopping experience with us and request feedback on the products you ordered.

We use Royal Mail as our courier. Our standard free shipping is 1st class signed for. Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on their 1st class signed for services. Therefore we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. We will always endeavour to ship your orders on time.
